17 Oct Wim Hof for Women – April 19
The Wim Hof Method is used by women across the world to help with endometriosis, PCOS, and hormonal imbalances. Large-scale studies and surveys show that those who use it begin to perform better at work, have a better attitude, and stand up for themselves with more confidence. And yet… the cold gets a bad rep for women.
I’ve been cold-plunging for 4-years to aid chronic inflammation that was threatening my fertility and hormonal health. This practice, along with breathwork, has given me a clear birds eye view to understand and experience my body. Since beginning my practice, I am told I move through the world with more confidence, grace, and joy.
The Wim Hof Method takes place in the feminine energy, leaning into intuition, gentle guidance, and the natural rhythms of nature. No two women are the same with their hormones, so no two women practice the Wim Hof Method the same.
I invite you to learn more about how breath, cold exposure, and mindset have been used to optimize women’s health in scientific literature, and to break the stigma that cold exposure is bad for women. With correct guidance, there is a beautiful world of self-understanding, self-respect, and vitality that has yet to be explored. My goal is to help you understand how to use your breath and the cold as a friend, not as something to be feared.
*Cold plunge is not mandatory, we welcome anyone who would like to just come learn 🙂
