FAQ

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Online registration is appreciated but not required. Pre-registered students will be texted if class is cancelled or moved due to weather.

Do you have rental mats?

A small number of mats will be made available for student rental, but they tend to go quickly. We can not guarantee we will have mats available for use. If you have a mat please bring it. If you have a group attending that will need mats, please call/text/email the studio in advance and we will do our best to supply more mats for you.

What if it rains?

Classes are weather-dependent. Cancelled classes will be replaced with an in-studio class at the same time with the same instructor. Pre-registered students will be texted with an update if class is cancelled/changed.

Where are classes held?

Classes will be held at multiple locations this summer. Please be aware of the location of class when you register.

Where should I park?

All locations offer free parking.

*For classes at Lake Dillon Condominiums park on Lodgepole Street.

Are there restrooms available?

There are no bathrooms available at Lake Dillon Condominiums. The bathrooms at the Amphitheater may be open, but not guaranteed.

Can I come even if I’m a beginner?

Yes, please join us! Outdoor yoga classes are all-levels with options for everyone.

Do you allow children in class?

Students must be 15 years of age or older, and students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What should I wear?

As always in Summit County, layers are your best option. Some classes may be quite warm, others a bit cool. As clouds roll in and out, weather can change quite a bit even during class. For cooler weather, evening classes and Full Moon Yoga we suggest layering up - you may even want a puffy, hat and socks for savasana. For morning classes you will often be comfortable in a sleeveless top but we still recommend bringing a long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt, sunglasses, water, and of course be sure to use sunscreen!
