Our mission is to bring alignment-based yoga and peaceful philosophies to all who enter our doors. We believe that by finding alignment in your yoga practice, you can find more alignment in life, helping you live your fullest potential and discover inner peace. We offer a daily schedule of all-levels yoga classes in Dillon, CO, as well as events and workshops to deepen your practice and connect with our community.
Our instructors are the "sol" of our studio. They are the best yoga teachers around, curating a welcoming and encouraging environment for every class they teach. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge and making every student feel supported and seen.
Laura, here. I’m thrilled to be the new owner of Summit Sol and the Steward of our amazing community!
I bring a deep love and reverence for yoga, a passion for and expertise in organizational leadership, and a firm belief that doing business through a yogic lens is the best way to do business.
Summit Sol is the 4th yoga studio I’ve owned, and my super power is building yoga studio teams and cultures that transform communities. I’ve taught thousands of hours of yoga, and led teacher trainings and retreats around the country and world, all with the same goal: to create communities and experiences that empower and uplift people.
The mountains are my home and I currently reside full-time in Steamboat Springs and now part-time in Summit County. I have a husband, Eric, and two boys, Jamin (8) and Shilo (4).
I believe that nature is the greatest access to our spirituality and creativity, and that being able to look out at the mountains while we practice yoga helps us drop-in to our highest intentions for practicing while allowing minor stressors to melt away.
You can connect with me at laura@summiitsolwellness.com. I’d love to hear from you!
