Connect your movement with your breath in this flowing vinyasa yoga practice. Flow classes move at a faster pace than Align & Flow, building heat and strength while fostering self-awareness. Our instructors creatively sequence a wide variety of postures, including sun salutations, standing poses, and backbends, with options for all levels.
Noon Xpress Flow is a 45-minute yoga class designed for your mid-day break. This vinyasa-based class includes a warm-up, sun salutation A, sun salutation B, instructor variations, and a closing savasana. All levels are welcome, and instructors will provide modifications for all students. This energetic and fun class focuses on alignment and movement, making it a perfect midday pick-me-up.
Slow down and sink into this meditative and intense practice. In Yin yoga, postures are held in stillness for an extended duration to target the connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments and fascia. This class is the perfect complement to more dynamic forms of yoga, leaving you with a sense of deep release and relaxation.
