17 Oct Holotropic Breathwork – May 20
Breathwork can improve anxiety, offer emotional release, alleviate chronic stress, and help press the reset button on your mind and body. This breathwork session is a deep release, and a chance to explore deep therapeutic work that can be done through just the breath, which offers an altered state of consciousness.
Following guidance from Anna, she will gently introduce you to the breath and allow for each round to build. While every participant is invited to breathe at a pace and for a duration that feels good for them, this is an opportunity for deep therapeutic work, nervous system regulation, and exploring the internal world of your mind-body system.
The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation following IFS (Internal Family Systems), designed to help with integration and healing followiing altered states of consciousness.
