Summit Sol is currently looking for instructors and studio support staff.  If you are passionate about yoga + wellness, community, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

WHAT ROLES ARE AVAILABLE?

Summit Sol is looking for instructors and studio support staff. We hold a variety of yoga classes including Align & Flow, Flow, Restore, Yin, Yin Flow, and more.

WHAT IS IT LIKE WORKING AT SUMMIT SOL?

Summit Sol is dedicated to team and community.  Our team is the SOL of our studio. One of our core values is to employ the best of the best, compensate as such, and build a support crew among our team.

WHAT DOES SUMMIT SOL COMMIT TO THEIR TEAM MEMBERS?

Most team members are part-time employees. Instructors are paid a base rate per class as well as a bonus per student. Team members also receive a free monthly membership (for personal use only), 30% discount on retail and workshops, and 1 guest pass/month.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CLASSES?

Instructors must be on the schedule for at least one class a week, but are welcome to teach up to five classes a week. We request that if you take on a new class, you intend to teach it for a minimum of three months.

HOW DO I BECOME A SUMMIT SOL YOGA INSTRUCTOR?

Instructors are the heart and SOL of the studio, and we select our instructors with care.  We are looking for people who are friendly and outgoing and who can ensure students receive a warm welcome.  Candidates must have a certificate from a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour (or more) Yoga Teacher Training, be able to teach an all-levels class, offer clear alignment cues, be comfortable with computers, have reliable transportation and be dependable.
