Ready to get upside down with more confidence? This workshop is designed as a supportive, skill-building lab with our expert teacher on the floor, Sage!
We’ll start with a quick meet-and-greet and discussion on why we practice inversions and arm balances (and how to do them safely), then move into a thorough warm-up. From there, you’ll work in partner pairs to practice spotting and technique, rotating between inversions and arm balances so you can build strength and skill without burning out. Sage will float between pairs offering demos, refinements, and individual support.
Great for anyone who want to try these postures and asanas for the first time or refine what they’re already working with more and support than a group class.
