At Summit Sol, we aim to create a welcoming, respectful, and harmonious environment for all. Below are our policies and guidelines to help everyone enjoy their experience to the fullest.
Be sure to ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO GET SETTLED BEFORE CLASS. Studio doors close right on time when class begins, and do not allow late entry. Read more about why this is our policy here.
All students must be 15 years of age or older.
Please refrain from coming to class with a cold/flu/illness. Do not attend class with open wounds.
Please keep noise and conversations to a minimum inside the studio before, during, and after class
To ensure the security of your personal belongings, we recommend leaving valuables at home.
Personal belongings which are not required for class should be left in the changing area.
Please turn off your cell phone.
No shoes or cell phones in the yoga room.
Please ensure your body and feet are clean when attending class.
Avoid using perfumes or scented lotions as some students are highly sensitive and/or allergic to strong scents.
Students are asked to refrain from touching the thermostat, humidifiers, deck doors and windows. The studio has “micro-climates”, so if you’d like a hotter or cooler place in the room please ask the instructor.
If you are pregnant, please discuss with your doctor before class if yoga is appropriate for your body and how to modify to keep you and your baby safe. Most of our instructors are NOT certified in prenatal yoga.
