Life changes, and your membership should be flexible too. This form makes it easy to manage your Summit Sol Yoga & Pilates plan. Use the options below to freeze, unfreeze, change, or cancel your membership.

 

Please note that all membership change requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your desired change date. Updates are subject to the policies in your Summit Sol Autopay Membership Agreement.

If you are requesting an exception to the Autopay Agreement Policy, please email bewell@summitsolwellness.com and we will evaluate, but we cannot guarantee it.
