We can’t wait to welcome you! Summit Sol is conveniently located in the Dillon Ridge area:

Directions: Head up the stairs to the second floor. We are located next to Alpine Bank and directly above Land Title. Look for the light—you’ll find our beautiful, mountain-view studio waiting for you!
What to Bring to Class
We make it easy to start your practice. Here’s a quick guide on what you need:
Mat: While many people prefer their own mat, we have high-quality studio mats available for you to borrow at no extra charge.
Water: Please bring your own reusable water bottle to refill with our filtered water. This helps us practice sustainability!
Towel: A small towel is recommended for your comfort, especially in warmer classes.
Studio Props
No need to bring heavy accessories! Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need to support and deepen your practice, including yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and more.

Align & Flow: This vinyasa yoga practice is the foundation of our schedule. Expect clear, alignment-focused cues to build strength and increase self-awareness. It’s a great option for those looking for a dynamic flow in a welcoming environment.
Flow: This powerful practice is designed to build heat and strength, foster self-awareness, and increase vitality. It’s an invigorating class for those with some yoga experience who want to move and breathe.
Restorative Yoga: Find deep rest and renewal with this gentle class. You’ll use props to support your body in gentle stretches, helping to release tension and calm the nervous system. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day of mountain activities.
Yin: This slow, meditative practice is a great way to improve flexibility and release deep tension. Expect to hold postures in stillness for extended periods, allowing you to sink in and quiet your mind.
Yin Flow: Can’t decide between a dynamic practice and a slow one? This class combines the mindful movement of our Align & Flow with the deep, cooling stillness of Yin postures.
Xpress Yoga: A yoga class designed for your mid-day break, this 45-minute flow is a great way to reset and re-energize before you get back to your day. It’s perfect for locals working in Dillon, Frisco, or Silverthorne.

Flow
This practice will build heat and strength, foster self-awareness, reduce stress and increase vitality.
Restorative
Restorative yoga is practiced lying on your mat. Props are used to support the body in gentle stretches and twists.
Yin
Slow down and sink into this slow, meditative and intense practice. Expect postures to be held in stillness.
Yin Flow
Yin Flow combines Align & Flow with with slow, cooling Yin postures.
