Align & Flow

The foundation of the Summit Sol schedule, This vinyasa yoga practice is the foundation of our schedule, emphasizing precise postural alignment. You’ll move at a moderate pace, cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance. This is an ideal class for building postural knowledge and awareness in both body and mind.

Flow

Connect your movement with your breath in this flowing vinyasa yoga practice. Flow classes move at a faster pace than Align & Flow, building heat and strength while fostering self-awareness. Our instructors creatively sequence a wide variety of postures, including sun salutations, standing poses, and backbends, with options for all levels.

Resorative

This healing practice is all about deep rest and release. Practiced entirely on your mat, you’ll use props to support your body in gentle stretches held for long periods. This deeply passive class combats fatigue, anxiety, and stress, leaving you with a profound sense of release and relaxation.

Yin

Slow down and sink into this meditative and intense practice. In Yin yoga, postures are held in stillness for an extended duration to target the connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments and fascia. This class is the perfect complement to more dynamic forms of yoga, leaving you with a sense of deep release and relaxation.

Yoga for Athletes

Get your body and mind ready for your Summit County activities! Our Yoga for Athletes class is designed to help active people build strength and flexibility to stay in peak physical and mental performance. We explore traditional postures, breathing techniques, and moments of meditation to keep you ready for the mountains.

Energetic Flow / Power Yoga

Our version of a Power Flow, this practice emphasizes postural alignment while adding in poses that build power and stability. This class moves at a faster pace than our Align + Flow classes and is a great option for those looking for a challenging practice.

Yoga

This unique class is a gem, taught by our most experienced instructors. It doesn’t fit into a single category, as each teacher brings their specific knowledge and gifts. You may explore postures, breathwork, and meditations from a variety of styles, including Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Hatha. Come with an open and curious mind.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on boosting core strength, mobility, and flexibility. Our Mat Pilates classes emphasize breath work, core stability, proper posture, and precision. This practice leaves you feeling lengthened and toned in both mind and body, making it an ideal complement to your regular yoga routine at Summit Sol.

Mountain Movement

Just like our Yin class, this practice focuses on a slow, meditative pace. Expect postures to be held in stillness for extended periods to target the body’s connective tissues. This is the perfect complement to dynamic forms of yoga and leaves you with a deep sense of release and relaxation.

Breathwork

Join a certified Wim Hof Method breathwork instructor for a session that utilizes controlled breathing techniques to alkalize the blood and provide a blissful reset. This practice can help students enter a deep, meditative state quickly and is known to:

  • Lower inflammation and increase immunity.
  • Quiet anxious or busy minds.
  • Help the body acclimatize at altitude.
  • Increase stress-resilience and overall well-being.

The session concludes with a guided, nature meditation for full connection and integration.

Sound Healing

Meditation

Embark on a transformative journey designed to connect you deeply with yourself and the universe. The class begins with a gentle warmup before sitting or lying down for the meditation. Each session offers a unique focus and technique aimed at cultivating a life filled with peace, well-being, and profound transformation. You’ll develop and hone qualities like self-love, self-awareness, intuition, and compassion.
