In this workshop we will also look at a few recipes and discuss healthy swaps that can be applied across the board to traditional holiday recipes. This workshop is about optimization while still allowing you to indulge and eat delicious foods. Better-for-you choices does not mean you have to sacrifice flavor and fun!
